Our assistants have a set off day during the week so we ask that you schedule personal things during that time. If you have special circumstances that do not allow you to schedule on your off day, we ask that you switch with another team member. We employ multiple assistants so there is some flexibility in taking time off.
Not at all. We offer Paid Time Off after one year. If you have not accrued PTO and still require some time off, we ask that you let your manager know 30 days in advance to allow for staffing.
You cannot work until you have a permit. This permit is required by the Board of Dentistry to work in a dental office as a dental assistant.
