We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Arriving late for an interview does not leave a good first impression. Make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to allow for traffic or the possibility of getting lost!
As an Office Manager, your work days are typically Monday – Friday, but on some occasions, it may be necessary to work Saturdays. We ask our Managers to adjust their schedule during the week if they anticipate having to work on a Saturday. For example, taking off one day during the week.
As an Assistant Manager, your work days are Tuesday – Saturday
Managers are required to attend Managers meetings every 2 weeks at the Executive Office. On occasion, going to the bank or Walmart may be required.
Though a degree is helpful, it is not required to manage an office. We allow opportunities for individuals who possess good work ethics and strong leadership skills. If you are applying for a Management Position but have no degree or prior management experience, we may hire you to serve a different position while training you on becoming management in the future.
